And … the Compact 🙂

Hello,
It’s again about Hardware. Mini factor.
I’m here to say what I bought. Just hands-on experience, which was for me, for almost a year, a mistery.
Now I can say: mostly happy with HP Elitedesk G2 Mini.
Yes a bit old: i5 6500, 8Gb Ram, 256 Gb SSD.
And of course Intel 530 HD videocard
(by the way – almost like GT 730), on which most hope were.
All this compact did the thing!

There are also to mention: Intel NUC (the very first in history)
Dell Optiplex micro, Lenovo ThinkCentre, Fujitsu Esprimo.
My choice was between HP and Dell. Just HP did the trick.
There was worry about overheat, but no, nothing similar to that or I’m just playing good old Half-Life 2 on max settings, but on 1024px wide screen. 🙂

Dell Optiplex
Lenovo ThinkCentre
Fujisu Esprimo

Speed, framerate in Racing sims? Quite nice, with darken videocard taste, good joy, works abs well in RaceRoom multiplayer (22 players in one track).
Also all tidy in Grid, GTR 2, will try with F1 2018.
That’s for future, the saddest part of course, small hard drive.

It’s SSD, but it’s quite small, for me 256 Gb is minimum.
But for now it’s all ok, with O at start.
So, I recomment those PCs, they 1. Small – handy in a way that 1.3kg with size of 17cm is a good chooice to pack and grab into almost any trip and plug it into other country (for cases of course need adapter to other plug systems).
2. Powerful – I would say a Good value / Small Factor.

In overall, good piece of nice PC. Recommend for those, who enjoy well designed sims/games with modest video settings and likes to travel.
Thank you for your time,
Enjoy the life!
Stay tunned

Forza Motosport 7

Hello again fans!

I’ven’t written for long time. Yes maybe due the worldwide situation. As everyone, wish this will over and we can continue living.
But as short writter I like to more focus topic and today’s topic is about Forza Motosport 7.
The only competitor from my of view to Gran Turismo 6.
So in few sentences a creative approach on some mission races, never played before this series and can say, wow you really put affort on it, especially wet races.
I personally don’t like to race in wet conditions, but sim proves to be the best for now in terms of rain, heavy rain and especially puddles.
In overall I really like this sim, gained Masters right now. Althougth there are some feelings what I don’t like is that sometimes the vehicles feel idential with overstearing, but just feeling.
Also I feel frustrating due that fact not able to play freeplay on every track I want with every car I want, like in CARS.
In overall a complete solid, rich and valuable game for Xbox One, it’s a true exclusive.

Xbox One

Yes, I’ve lost economy stringency and invested in console.
I thought about it for a whole month and decided, based on some reasons (economy slightly, Horizon 4) that Xbox One is an attractive target.

Couped raha and bought Xbox One S.
Nice device, I like the introduction part.
Just 2 connect cables, wifi and you’re can start.
Just Hate update part, slow internet, but other things and Youtube are just pritty.

I doubted about Joystick. But it went that well that I think every game will a be a fun, like CARS 2.

Currently the picture looks awesome, as I thought. Can’t wait for Horizon 4, because of it I choosed this one.

The box
Joystick, Like the LT and RT buttons, with them awesome acceleration

Now the plans are simple. To try online with real competitors on console.

Sim overview

Hello, today I would like to talk about simulators I had and currently having.
The ones that I want to touch: Assetto Corsa, F12013, rFactor2, project CARS, Dirt 4, Grid Autosport.

Sims, graphics, physics, overview for now

It will be feature comparisson table.
So in my point of view (again my imho) I think the best one for now it’s CARS, then goes rFactor2, Assetto Corsa. This is for the classical circtuit races. For rally it’s only Dirt 4. For Formula 1 I will stick with F1 of codemasters, but CARS also neat.

In terms of best I meant overall experience, variaty of cars, tracks, comuunity, realism.
In realism the winner is rFactor2 then very shortly comes Assetto Corsa, I really like their braking system, it’s quite realistic.

In terms of graphics it’s CARS, spotted out by exploring sims in my old PC.
My current target is to get hands on Xbox exclusive Forza Horizon 4, they did wonderful job on detailization, just great! Console is next thing.
Also CARS has Huge amount of cars to drive.

And the physics, I think it’s key feature, I mean we all live in One place that can’t and shouldn’t break laws of physics (I mean we can do that in games, but no simulators to be called simulators), glad that this rule is applied in those games.
The winner it’s mostly rFactor2 (tyres, wind, suspension, collision) and in some places Assetto Corsa (breaking system) , then comes CARS (overall very stable, really fun super kart).

In terms of old consoles (PS2) I will mention Gran Turismo 4, good. Also fun to drive Driver 2, my favourite game, but it’s more just fun and hardcore missions.

Well, that’s for now. It’s only about my experience so far in PC. How it will in modern console soon find out.
Thanks for reading this.

My sim tools

Hello, today I would like to inform what I’m using as Virtual autosport tool.
For starters, I’m using PC, Windows 8, 4 core 7 year old PC. With this one it’s the wheel Logitech G29.
Still don’t doubt with this wheel, however with program drivers it’s behaving a bit weird, but more realistic power steering.
Here are the screens

My old friend square monitor Samsung
Pedals with ‘unique’ sticking system 🙂
Ready to go
Intel iCore 5, all games except after 2017 made, however Dirt 4 works perfectly on this pc.

In terms of shifter, I have it but I don’t use it.
In my sense it’s just right for me to leafs, so I’m using them.
